Jamie-Lee Phillips

Jamie began coaching 10 years ago and has continued to go from strength to strength. As a coach, he specialises in younger cricketers and loves to see improvement and growth both as a cricketer and as a person. Each of his sessions targets improvement but emphasises the importance of enjoyment and fun.

Parth Metha

Arriving from India as an overseas player in the summer of 2012, Parth quickly became an important coach for his club and has continued to build relationships in the UK. Parth brings incredible energy and knowledge of the game in all aspects to each of his sessions, whether that is batting or bowling! Still playing the game at a high standard, Parth offers great opportunities within his session for all-round growth as a cricketer.

Jaahid Ali

Jaahid Ali has over eight years of coaching experience in the UK and a strong playing background with Pakistan A, franchises, and First-Class teams. He holds an ECB Level 3 qualification and is pursuing Level 4, having received an ECB scholarship in 2023.
Influenced by mentors like Sir Viv Richards, his coaching focuses on creating an environment where players can develop and express themselves. He views the player-coach relationship as a continual process of support.
Jaahid is currently Assistant Coach for Quetta Gladiators in the Pakistan Super League and a Pathway Coach for Kent County Cricket Club.
